Our experience with Michaelangelo was great! Time was a big thing with us and he had no problem with that. Whenever I texted or called he always got back to me immediately. If I did not understand something he explained it to me. Doing the things to our home he suggested helped to sell our home. He knew the market in our area. Michaelangelo helped us buy our first home in 2011. He kept in touch with our family for eight years. He is a caring person. We consider him as a friend and not just our agent. Juby and I started out on our home search with a lot of questions – Budget, our pre approval limit, finances to declare, best areas for families etc. One of our friends had bought a home through Mike and referred him to us. We met Michaelangelo at an open house. Originally when we met with hime, he sat down with us and guided us through the home buying process. He said to look for homes we liked and not to worry too much about the number. At that point we were skeptical, but our experience proved what he know what he was talking about. The initial asking price for our home was $1,295,000 and we initially thought it was beyond our range. However, we eventually bought it for a great discount- $1.1160M! I think he did a great job. As a first time buyer, we had a lot of concerns. But if you’re working with Michaelangelo, you don’t need to worry about the number – you just need to pick the house you like!
